Intake Review
Our team reviews the referral against current capacity, compatibility and support requirements, and responds promptly.
Compatibility Consultation
We work with you, the participant and their family to discuss suitability, housemate compatibility and transition planning.
Service Agreement
A clear service agreement is finalised, supports are planned, and a commencement date is confirmed.
