- You have the appropriate authority to submit the referral on behalf of the participant (for example, as their support coordinator, authorised representative, family member or guardian)
- You consent to Bloom Supports using and storing the submitted information for the purposes described in our [Privacy Policy](/privacy)
Please use first name only or initials for participants at the referral stage, and avoid including full names, dates of birth or NDIS numbers in the initial submission.
5. Careers and expressions of interest
Submission of an expression of interest through the careers form does not constitute an offer of employment or guarantee of an interview. Information submitted is retained by Bloom Supports for recruitment purposes in accordance with our [Privacy Policy](/privacy).
